Carleen is a native to Knoxville and a graduate of the University of Tennessee. She began her career in the student loan industry where her aptitude for creating operational efficiencies and utilizing technology to maximize productivity was quickly recognized by executive management.
In addition to these strengths, her creative problem solving garnered multiple promotions and eventually led to Assistant Vice President of Operations for a 500 million dollar company where she was responsible for building and developing teams as well as conceiving and conducting training for new products and services. Carleen has extensive experience with conceptualizing, developing, and implementing business solutions that keep up with technological trends.
After her many years of Operations management she decided to round out her skill set with a move into a sales position. She was the Southeast Strategic Account Manager where she managed ongoing efforts to strengthen partnerships, including issue resolution, proactive positioning, training, and communications as a resource for the client.She was the number one sales rep in the southeast and was responsible for 28 million in annual sales volume.

Carleen is married to Daniel and they enjoy entertaining in their home and traveling abroad. She also is a pet lover and loves to spend time with family and friends.
