Step 1: Initial Discussion

During our Initial Discussion, we provide a detailed overview of our Wealth Management Approach and Investment Philosophy, along with an in-depth review of how we manage portfolio risk with our discretionary investment strategies. Allowing you the opportunity to familiarize yourself with who we are, what we do and what we are capable of.  

Additionally, we use this opportunity to begin to understand your financial situation, your expectations and your financial goals. This Initial Discussion allows both parties the ability to make a well-informed decision on proper next steps. We want to ensure that our investment philosophy and client process, meet and/or exceed your goals and expectations for a wealth management firm. 

 

Step 2: Discovery

Discovery gives us the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of what is most important to you, your family and/or your business. Our objective is to identify your true needs while targeting both, your short & long-term financial goals. 

We also use this time to address and review any concerns, fears or additional questions. This is your time. This is a crucial part of the Advice Process and will enable us to design a personalized financial plan and construct an efficient investment portfolio.

Step 3: Recommendations

Following Discovery and after an extensive review of all of your financial documents, our team will prepare an initial draft of your personalized plan, along with our recommendations for your Investment Portfolio. 

Together, we will review our analysis of your current situation and provide you with our findings and our recommended solutions. We will also review next steps and key action items that are important for you to achieve your Goals and Objectives. 

Step 4: Implementation & Client OnBoarding

Once you are ready to put your plan into action, our Client Service Specialist will contact youand begin the Client Onboarding process, which includes: 

  • Preparing and reviewing the documentation required to establish your investment account(s)
  • Assistance with setting up online access to your account(s).  
  • Establishing your communication preferences and review schedules.

After your investment portfolio is established and you have received your first statement, our Client Service Specialist will contact you to answer any questions you may have and to provide you with an overview of your account statement(s).
